- PRT Manufacturing Ltd. consists of manufacturing
specialists with extensive backgrounds in OEM/ODM
Electronic Manufacturing, Engineering and Cost Reduction
Programs.
- PRT privately owns and operates our own 30,000
sq. ft. manufacturing facility located in Shenzhen,
China. We have in-house abilities to do SMT, COB,
THT, PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING and other technologies
through our vast network of partner manufactures.
- PRT understands the need to be on top of new technologies
and is continually expanding our manufacturing abilities
through our US based Manufacturing Engineers and specialists
we routinely work with.
- PRT also understands the need to be cost competitive
and looks for the best suppliers with the best costs
relative to the customers needs and requirements.
- PRT has our own China purchasing department run
from our China facility that works directly with factories
in China thus eliminating the middleman markup and
the need to reimport components thus again lowering
costs.
- PRT has on staff full time electrical and mechanical
engineers both in Hong Kong and the United States
employing state of the art technologies. We also have
in-house Quality Assurance Engineers in both our China
and Hong Kong facilities.
- PRT's Hong Kong & China operations are managed
full time by American, Mainland Chinese and Hong Kong
residents and citizens.
- PRT can support you directly from our Hong Kong
office if you wish to work directly with the manufacturer.
